| As we wrap up the 2020-2021 school year, the PTA thanks the many parents who supported Greene during this crazy year. THANK YOU! 2020-2021 Volunteer Hours: 700! It’s difficult to imagine that parents volunteered 700 hours of their time in this very strange year – but we reviewed all of the occasions when we asked parents to step forward, we think the number actually seems a little low. We did a lot together! Supporting our School: Back to School Check-In, Materials – Yearbook – School Supply Distributions, T-shirt and 8th grade Gifts Handouts, Return To Campus Check-In, Promotion Ceremony Check-In. Community-Building: eNews-UpToUs-Facebook communications, Parent Network Zooms, Big Craft Challenge, Harvest Bake Sale, Holiday Market, Mobile Bike Repair, Promotion Gifts, and the Parent Fair! Staff Appreciation: Catered Luncheons, Truffles, Coffee Cart, and Ice Cream Truck! Parent Education Nights, Community Conversations Supporting our PTA: Nomination Committee, Board and General Association meetings |
